Resident/Private Pay Customer Service Programs
Conduct calls to responsible parties as an extension of your facility in an effort to bring all accounts current or affect a resolution on identified accounts. (E.g. recommend collections, recommend write-offs (no funds, deceased, etc.), and/or recommend legal action, etc.

Follow-up and Rebilling Services
Provide billing personnel to contact third party/managed care companies in an effort to resolve outstanding claims, re-bill current claims and/or otherwise help bring a claim to a resolution.
